WHAT I EAT IN A DAY TO LOOSE WEIGHT ( the healthy way)

Hello babies! I know! I know!😩 It’s been quite a long time since my last post. Sometimes things happen that we have no control over. Most important thing is we rise and become better right! **winks** I would like to say welcome to all new followers and thank you for following my little but precious blog. My name is Hannah and my blog is about faith, natural hair and health. I post weekly! Let’s enjoy this journey together.

Alright today I’m coming to you with what I eat in a day.

BREAKFAST

First thing I have is my warm herbal green tea infused with herbs and then have my Herbalife Formula 1 shake (chocolate flavour ). I like to add some fruits, protein powder and ice and then blend everything together.

LUNCH

Brown rice with red beans, cut avocado, chicken breasts and mixed vegetables. I would eat something different each day as lunch but the key is high protein- low carbs foods. As you loose weight you need protein to help build your muscles. You don’t need flappy skin. Do you? 😆

FYI: I drink 3 litres of water daily and excercise at least 4 or 5 times weekly

SUPPER

For supper I have my shake again. Herbalife formula 1 healthy meal is a meal replacement, contains 21 nutrients and it’s plant based. Under 300 calories.
