I’m introducing a new blog post routine where I share healthy snack ideas. This will be inspired by what snack I’m eating on a particular day. I hope you enjoy this post and subsequent ones.

So today I took two slices of brown bread (whole wheat bread), half size banana and cinnamon spread. I made the cinammon spread by just mixing water with cinammon powder.
